Major activities constituting our services is project monitoring in the format agreed with the client. Essential of this is to notice cost and time deviations with a view to identify claimable causes. This leads to next phase ie., claim detection. Claim detection is closely linked to occurrence of event giving to rise to the claim and an attempt can be made to minimize the effect of this claim event. At this stage itself, an intervention is necessary to avoid the claim or to develop documentation for the claim. Documentation lies in quick reporting to the client as well as developing claim detail in accordance with contractual conditions. This also leads to formation of contemporary records which will pave the way for preparation of claim statement, should it require determination or adjudication
